Head of Finance

Job Description:

·             Assist CEO and senior management to derive annual operation planning and budgeting process

·             Manage and lead teammate to ensure effective execution of day-to-day financial operations within the organization for full set of accounting and financial service with regular management report

·             Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board members

·             Manage special project budgeting and regular financial report to management and funders

·             External financial stakeholder’s management to manage the service of, including but not limited to, Company Secretary, tax preparation, auditing, banking, insurance, donation partners and other financial needs as necessary

·             Stay up to date with the best practice and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

Requirement:

·             Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field

·             Minimum 5 years of managerial experience with full set accounting service, preferably gained from multi-operation setting organization

·             Deep understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail

基本要求

  • 流利粵語,能操流利英語及/或普通話則更佳
  • 良好定向能力,能在漆黑中帶領及照顧參加者
  • 喜愛團隊工作,積極參與團隊推動傷健共融文化
  • 正面思維/樂觀積極,樂於分享自身故事以感染參加者面對逆境並讓參加者更加認識視障人士的能力及生活
  • 認同對話體驗的營運理念
  • 持有證明視力狀況證件或文件,例如殘疾證或醫生證明

主要職責

  • 加入黑暗中對話的導賞團隊及認識體驗館運作
  • 協助安排及帶領黑暗導賞活動或工作坊
  • 擔當對話體驗與參加者之間的溝通橋樑
  • 積極投入參與黑暗體驗館導賞員訓練班及在職培訓課程,由導師教授各位準導賞員組織導賞資料和帶團技巧,共同創造一個新鮮的黑暗體驗

面試成功者將獲邀請參與「黑暗體驗導賞員」訓練班;每次訓練可獲車馬費津貼。
凡成功完成實習和考核,會獲得對話體驗頒發導賞員證書,成為合資格的「黑暗體驗導賞員」。

DE Intern Program - Social Projects/ Business Development / Customer Services

Main Purpose of Intern Program
Attachment to a department to acquire new skills and perspectives via active involvement in different assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the supervisors in the daily administrative, operational and coordination duties including research and presentation preparation, event organization, marketing and promotion, data entry and report analysis, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of respective social projects, for examples, customers (individuals or corporate), funders, social enterprises, educational institutions or NGOs

  • Microsoft Office skills to assist on research and presentations
  • Caring and cheerful character, passionate to work together with a diverse team (includes visually / hearing impaired teammates)

Business Development Officer (Full Time)

Reporting Line
Direct report to Head of Corporate Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Helping to implement sales strategy & plans and meet monthly sales target
  • Hunting, farming and cultivating sales lead with thorough understanding of DE programs and uniqueness in addressing different corporate needs
  • Building a healthy sales pipeline to project a stable monthly revenue to achieve revenue target
  • Exploring and developing new client profiles and follow-up on existing accounts
  • Networking internally and externally to promote DE as the CSR provider of choice for corporate segment
  • Preparing and presenting DE offering, program proposals and sales quotations
  • Collecting market intelligence to excel current experience offerings
  • Forging and nurturing corporate customers to be our friendly co-evolvers to co-create a sustainable experiential journey

Educational Assistant (Part Time)

Responsible to: Program Development Officer

Mainpurpose of the Job
Works with group bookingcustomers by providing introduction and sharing sessions, customers’ experience would be enhanced and more completed.

Responsibilities

  • To give introductory speech including but not limited to safety regulations
  • To ensure that tours are carried out on time
  • To teach participants basic knowledge about Braille
  • To assist and deliver messages to the participants at sharing session
  • To take on ad hoc tasks asdirected

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Passionate about making apositive impact in the society, enjoy taking challenges and committed to continuous learning
  • Excellent command of spoken Cantonese
  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated and committed
  • Capable to work independently
  • Good time management and communication skills
